Tape Trail

Reel to reel, cassette and other analogue tape formats.

I found in my basement. It is cosmetically quite good. Would it outperform the newer models listed below in John Elison's post assuming it was functioning as it was supposed to? And if it is worth having it gone through, any recommendations for a skilled and experienced tech? I live in western Mass.
