Depends on what you specifically need, but ebay is the best source overall.
There is a lot of leader tape there. I never heard of "cleaning leaders", but I think it would be a very bad idea - to carry the collected dirt forever. Best just clean the heads normally.
The best leaders, in my view, were made by Agfa and Basf and you can find them on ebay.
Ditto for things such as splicing kits, etc. You can also buy those from Splicit.
ebay is not suffocating from Chinese junk, much of which is low quality junk.
