I recently pulled out and played some of my cassette tapes from the '80s, recorded on my Tandberg 3014A cassette deck, w/ Dolby C. All of the various brands of tape have held up very well. I have a few *Loran* brand tapes. I remember how great they sounded back then when I recorded them, among the very best. They still sound great nearly 20 years later. I would rate Loran as *stellar*. Are they still around? Why didn't they get more recognition? They could stand up to anything, yet they got little attention. Thoughts/comments, anyone? Thanks in advance. BR.
Claude
