Do you mean simply cutting it in the middle and winding it onto 7" reels. I'd be happy to do that if you provide the empty reels. Bear in mind that you'd likely cut a musical selection in two in the process.Or do you mean re-recording it, which would require two tape decks? I can do that too, If you provide the blank tape, but would suggest that you would lose too much quality in the process. And I could do it only if the original is a 4-track stereo recording at either 7 1/2 or 3 3/4 ips.
