I've had a Han D Mag for over 25 years. It's a SERIOUS demagnetizer. Yet whenever I take one of my decks in for service, the heads always need demagnetizing, says my tech, who hasn't steered me wrong yet. He's obviously doing something I'm not doing. One of these times I'll ask him what it is :-]
