Hi Bob,There is no HX-pro setting per se, because it is not a noise reduction system like Dolby A, B, C, and S. It is a headroom extension curcuit developed jointly by Dolby and Bang & Olufsen, and adjusts recording bias based on high frequency content of what is being recorded.
