Hello Bry,
Contact Lee Hazen through the Yahoo group reeltoreel. He is a retired recording engineer and has several AD F810s that he purchased and refurbished to sell. They all come with a new-in-the-bag remote control and owners manual. I purchased one a while back for a friend, who has been very happy with it. Lee's a great guy, very helpful, and BTW has one of the largest colllections of tape recorders I've ever seen :-). Hope this helps.
