I don't know what you're gona do when the pressure roller goes bad. I'm sure a replacement could be found but it would take some searching. Joe Dundovic bought out all of Nortronics tape head stock and might be able to find you some heads. Depends on what track config. It might make a great playback deck if everything else is working. I wouldn't let the capstan motor just idly run, only with tape in the machine running tape. They made them in different speed configs; most of them were 7.5 and 15 ips. I also would lubricate it well before turing it on if it's been sitting a long time in storage. Also the same for replaceing the electrolytic filter caps in the power supply. Then bring it up slowly with a variac. GRH
