Was given in nice looking condition for free a AMPEX Micro 52 Cassette Deck,that had not been used in years!It lights up nice and seems to function on rewind & fast forward & play. I would like to take it apart & clean the heads,etc. as well as check the belts & anything else,before I actually try & play a tape! Does anyone have any information on this other then the fact that it was built between 1970 & 1972 & originally sold for $149.95.I am curious as to how good or bad they sound!Any help,advice etc. would be highly appreciated!
