With the cathode voltage and the cathode resistor value you can determine the operating point. A look at the plate curves and you can judge for yourself if it's a good, linear operating point. If it's not, change it.Without knowing how much current is flowing through the tubes, I would still guess those operating points are not the best.
I would run those tubes at 150 volts plate at 8 or 9ma. An active plate load (plate choke or CCS) and a high following stage grid resistor value to give a horizontal load line.
