From an old NTE catalog, they show the STD-9261 and their cross is NTE130.

Their specs on that unit - TO3 case, 100 C-B breakdown voltage, 15A max Ic,, 45 hfe 115W max power dissipation.

NTE also lists that cross as a matched pair - NTE130MP
