Upgrading Simple MM Phono Stage

So I am being forced to rework the phono stage in my amp, or at least direct the repair person.

Maybe the first question would be an op amp upgrade, which may be the bit that is no longer working. The stock is an NE5532. After reading and downloading some spec sheets I am most likely going to replace it with the NE5532P.

I know this is a huge thing to ask, but any opinions on caps etc. that could be swapped out while it is on the table would be greatly appreciated.
