Hi, Rod,I'm using a different moniker/profile to be able to post this message because using the support email (web@audioasylum) to contact you keeps getting rejected by the mail server.
So, here's the problem: I (tketcham) tried to change my password but something went wrong during the process and now I'm locked out. Neither my old password nor my new password works to log in. Can you reset my tketcham password?
