Yes, it's nearly complete. You should be able to turn off that message though as it should be a one time warning that you can turn off.

If you saw my post on General, we've built a new server which was activated this week. Everything looks to be working as expected and appears to be stable. Therefore, the plan is to move the entire main web server over to the new one next week.

Unfortunately, it's been a long difficult journey to upgrade to this new TLS 1.2/1.3 security package as it has to be built in the web server. Doing this caused us to also have to upgrade nearly everything else on the server and broke some of the code base. As with most upgrades, we had concerns about stability and what seemed to be other issues. In the end, we choose to start from the ground up with a new OS and clean new build which, of course, caused other issues and took a lot more time.

In any case, unless the move has issues, all will be done next week.
