I'd have to see the actual url, but I suspect that if could be a security issue. Over the last year, browsers have gotten where they don't want to show anything that isn't on a secure, SSL connection. So if an inmate references a url elsewhere that is just http (not secure), the browser may not show the image.

If you click on the lock ir the info icon on your browser url, it should tell you if there are unsecure items and allow you to chose whether they should be displayed.

If that doesn't help, post the urls where you see the problem so I can see what's going on.
