Why don't you ask your users to write their favorite - or a few - FAQs with the answers? Then "all" you'd have to do is correct errors and make sure no libel or fraud is committed!The beauty of this would be that everyone would come up with a variety of snarky, yet ultimately helpful, questions and answers. It could be our own little open source project, always in public view, and with an incorporated way to submit additions and suggestions. A carnival of voices....
I would be happy to contribute a bit, or even coordinate if you wanted.
