After a month or so of using the new, improved AA site, I strongly urge you to undo the switch you made between the Preview and Post buttons for new messages. Every other site I know of has "Preview" first -- on the left, or above the "Post" button. This tracks with the way we read (at least in English), from left to right. In the sequence of operations, previewing a message comes before posting it. Thus, the old arrangement was better.

I may be alone in this sentiment, but I doubt it. At the very least do a survey of inmates to see which arrangement a majority would prefer.
