Because of our alerts, AOL considers us a spammers and blocks all our mail. The best thing is to complain to AOL as our attempts to get this resolved have fallen on hours long holding patterns, deaf ears and clueless support people. Also consider getting a gmail or yahoo email account for registering.
The pending record error is due to waiting too long to complete the registration to confirm to email address. Pending records are deleted after a couple days. In that case, you have to start over.
