HELP (please)! Rod M, Mart, Bruce, etc., I've encountered another apparent AA system glitch:

The only page that is currently allowing me to post under my registered Audiophilander moniker is the FILM forum. Since I'm not aware of having incurred any problems with moderators this must be a system glitch of some sort. I've tried posting under AuPh as recommended by one of the Moderators the last time this problem occured, but now even those posts are being removed, apparently over confusion about the "AuPh" moniker I substituted.

My error was in failing to change the e-mail address on my User Profile before the end of Comcast's grace period (i.e., we had to inform so many folks and change so much business contact information that a few were accidentally omitted; AA was one of those). I do NOT wish to re-register & change my AA password/moniker.

I've tried to fix this on my own. Unfortunately, I can't even access my own User profile to correct the problem from here, allowing me to change my old AT&T e-mail address to the Comcast address. Note: It was changed not by choice but because Comcast bought out AT&T's interest as a service provider.

I've been a regular here since Audio Asylum's creation; that's why it is so very frustrating that the system doesn't recognize me. I'm a regular participant in forum discussions, often provide helpful and/or constructive information, contributed money (not nearly often enough, I guess, but I do what I can) and even art.

I do miss the opportunity to share information on various forums, but life is too short to deal with this sort of silliness every other month. Is there anyway that this annoying problem can be resolved once and for all? Can one of our distinguished moderators, those brilliant guardians of limitless bandwidth, who thanklessly toil day in and day out to keep AA's many forums up and running get this one minor problem straightened out? ...Bruce, Rod M, et al.?
