Delayed vs. real time posting

I notice that all my postings seem to be on a delayed basis, i.e. it appears that they are batched and posted once late each evening. On the other hand, I notice that some inmates postings occur real-time, i.e. they appear (based on their time stamp) almost instanteously. In order to facilitate more timely posting iterations, I would like to know how to qualify for real-time or close to real-time posting.
