Try clicking on the Thread Display link or the link in the number of replies. Either one will display all replies from that point on.If you want to read the board that way, just click on the links numbers. It's an option. Personally, I hate wading through 200 messages to see the last post in a thread. Vbulletin also does allow threaded conversations. Everything is posted to one big message. There's no sub-threading which confuses me too.
This software does far more than Vbulletin. But it's different.
