That's a good idea. Could call it "Starting Point", or something like that.
Could be a forum to help people where to start, and how to get good results without paying an arm / leg.
I think these issues are addressed by the other existing forums, but if someone new wanders there by chance, they have a small chance to find what they want. 'Cause they have no idea at all about all this audio stuff.
Not so long ago I had no idea either, thinking Infinity and Bose was cool... (I guess because I have not heard a Bose until very recently:).I could contribute posting now&then. Not too much expretise, and I have quite different ideas about good sound than mainstream high end, but I have gathered a horrendous amount of cheapo tweaks on the asylum and from my friends suffering from Audiophilia nervosa...
