This past June I had brought my Niles rock speaker back to Audio Breakthroughs. It needed to be repaired and they told me to bring it in and they would send it out with the rep. 7 months later nobody knows what happened to it or where it is. I even contacted Niles direct and they have no clue.

I'm not accusing them of stealing my speaker, just for handling the process very poorly. But I am out of a speaker.
