I offered full price and he accepted. He then came back to me and said that the preamp was, in fact, a PV-7, a preamp worth half as much as a PV-5. How one cannot tell a PV-5 from a PV-7, I have no idea. I then asked him if the price was the same and he raised the price by $100.00. I take no issue with him asking whatever price he wants, however why waste people's time by not bothering to see what the piece is before listing it and figureing out the price in advance.
