Dealer calls customer the "J" word

I contacted JL Audio to learn about their subwoofers. They forward my email to a specific dealer. The dealer, Barry Ober of Soundoctor in Florida, sent me an email and I called him.

I refused to pay a $25 invoice for a drawing of a voltage divider that he promised without mention of a fee. His response was,

"Again, another Jew giving Jews a bad name."

Barry can be reached at www.soundoctor.com. Interesting, too, that JL Audio chooses one specific dealer to favor with referrals. I think this is questionable at best. I am glad I'm not a JL Audio dealer!
