I did have the conversation w/ Dave & he clarified a lot for me. I don't believe he's a bad guy, and never have. But it doesn't change the fact that I was fed a lie: saying that a player was already sent on 3/3, which wasn't. And he cut off all contact with me afterward, leading me to believe that he was bailing on me. The fact is I did everything that I could, honestly, as a customer & kept my end of the bargain. Paid in time, and was patient in the past 3 months. That same consideration was not returned. He did promise a full refund, and after talking to him about his personal situation, I do understand to a degree, although not completely, as he did not meet his obligations toward me. I look forward to a swift resolution to this, as I know Dave does, too.
