LOOKS AS IF THIS IS RESOLVED. I AM REMOVING THIS POST FROM 'SHADY LANE' BECAUSE I DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMPANY IS SHADY.
I purchased a Musician Hybrid II direct from Spectron Audio in early September. It didn't work out in my system and I returned it on Sept 27th for a refund (they have a 30 day money back guarantee - "if you decide that you want Hybrid Plus (and you have 30 days money back guarantee) please send..."). I have still not received my money back.
Over the last 2 months I have kept in contact with numerous emails and calls, and I have received assurances that the matter would be taken care of, but still no check. Please know in doing business with this company that with the 30 day return, in my experience so far, it is difficult to actually get your money back.
