Nope - today intervational calls are cheap as water - from ANY place in the world, as far as you have an Internet connection. Ever heard of VoIP technology? I call all over the world from the comfort of my chair forless than a local phone call would cost me. They don't actually lose anything, unfortunately. At least in material terms. But it is fun to waste their time! ;)
