US Audio Mart Seller

Hello, I wanted to get your take on an advertisement on US Audio Mart for a DCCA power cord. The seller has excellent feedback and the seller lists that they accept Cash, Paypal and Cheque. US Audio Mart lists the seller as Paypal verified. I contacted the seller through US Audio Mart to inquire about the power cord. The individual stated that they do not use Paypal anymore, but will accept payment through Google Pay (Red Flag 1?) I tried to reply back to the seller using my outlook email account, but the email bounced back as undeliverable (several times)(Red Flag 2?) I told the seller that I was not setup with Google Pay and the reply I received was that they would ask a friend if they could accept the money through Paypal for the seller (Red Flag 3?) I also asked the seller if they knew why I could not reply to their email using my outlook account (i.e., all communication to the seller was through US Audio Mart). The seller did not answer my question regarding the bounced emails

My question to the asylum is does this seem like a shady dealer? Thanks!
