I filed a dispute with PayPal. The seller, Jared Curko of American Dream Capital, never responded to their inquiries. After 3 weeks, PayPal refunded my money.

I, too, was put off with his abrupt email style, so I paid with a credit card on PayPal. I also disputed the charge with my credit card company, who provisionally refunded. So this transaction was "double protected".

I think Audio Mart cancelled his account, but he might reappear with a new ID.
