hello, sounds similar to an ebay buyer i once had from singapore. seems he really wants to send you the money for the delivery charge, have you make the arrangenents and to to ship it before the money for the item even gets there! tell him you will ship the standard way(your choice) when the auction is won, and you cant make any arrangements or promises until then. dont give any info. also the 'client' thing should have made you suspicious in the first place. tell this man you have to make arangements with the actual buyer, not secondary parties. sounds fishy to me! he has offered no proof of who he is. ask for his number, i bet you wont get it.
