Is this a scam or am I too suspicious?

I am selling a pair of older car audio stuff on craigslist.com with the hope that someone locally would buy them. This isn't a moneymaking transaction for me, just a housecleaning. However got the following email and replys below which seem vaguly like a scam. At the same time, they seem legit enough to be real. I am thinking that I will tell her to call me regarding the transaction and give her my mailing address (which is not my physical address) as a payment address. Someone help me out here.
