Anytime you get a request to log on to a CC site or Paypal from an email don't do it. 100% of the time these are scams, and the legitimate CC companies or Paypal will tell you the same.Open your browser and log on through the CC website or PayPal directly. Most all these services have messaging there, and if there is a problem with your account, you should be able to access the info from the website after you login.
NEVER trust an email login, EVER.
