In almost all cases, it was from a confused seller, who for what ever reason was late and panicked.In all cases, I had made an inquiry into the product and poor slob in his earnest to get the product to the paying customer sent it to me.
I'm a nice guy, I allowed for pick up and forwarding.
I also got one on a Keith Monks unit recently. He gave me the wrong info, and sent the unit to the rightful buyer
