eBay Scammer REALJAZZCAT Strikes Again!

There's a thread on the Tube Asylum about eBay scammer realjazzcat. It's too important to be buried amongst the many posts, so I'm providing a link to it (see below).

Especially precious is realjazzcat's response to the buyer after he requested a full refund for a bad tube. Here's part of it:

"Tom, I received your threatening blackmail message. To think that I trusted you, and was about to send you trial tubes, with no pre-payment in an effort to help you out.Contrary to any slander and lies you may have read we STANDS BEHIND EACH AND EVERY Product we offer.

I don't know what you may have done to the tube, or any damage to it after it was shipped, if indeed there is a problem at all. I can not be responsible for your claim without seeing and re-testing the product myself.You need to read the terms and conditions before you agree to an eBay contract, nonetheless, I will make a courtesy exception. You may send back the tube for a refund, even though the terms and conditions are clearly posted as 7-day exchange, not refund, with return shipping paid by the Buyer. Your RMA # needs to be written on the outside of the box, it?s RMA # 102708EBAYTubeMuseumPO Box 75Tuxedo Park, New York 10987"

Well, isn't realjazzcat special for making a "courtesy exception"?
