Anyone heard of "Maynard Alonzo"? Sold me a non-working Preamp thru Audiogon, refused return/refund, even after Audiogon found in my favor. Now I'm stuck with a dead 35 lb weight, and he's got my $700! Or, for those who use Paypal - they told me they can do nothing about it. Their protection is ONLY for e-bay items! So only use your credit card, they have some leverage.
