I exchanged emails with a SoCal local who had picked up an item from Pettees address ( but wouldn't reveal anything but the general location )
I can't believe that someone can cover their tracks like this; scam people out of $1,000s of dollars, and be "Untouchable/Unreachable/Unsue-able"
Someone will know where to find him, then there's enough evidence to prove fraud. He is likely not unknown to the authorities. SoCal police were very helpful; but referred me to the Small Claims Court
That's a dead-end because he has to be served with paperwork from the Court, and that requires a physical address
