I had one go so far as to send me an obviously counterfit money order for $3620... no watermark and issued by a bank that has been out of business for about 4 years (my girlfriend's father worked for the bank!!). I asked them gibberish questions that sounded "technical" and never a reply, just "ACT QUICKLY----WIRE TRANSFER FUNDS". Then I mentioned that my brother was in the FBI (not the truth...)... they seemed to leave me alone after that!!
