As a Canadian, I use ebay.ca, because it filters out the sellers who won't ship to Canada.Despite this, I know a lot of Canadians who use ebay.com.
I still haven't recieved an plausible explanation, other than stupidity.
That being said, I see "US Only" on Audiogon quite a bit, but always check if I want the item, as they will often make an exception for someone who has good feedback and obviously knows what they are doing.
