Crap packing is still crap packing.Also - a pack of lies. Josef says he's working on his own. After the damage was reported I had to deal with 3 of his employees. Upshot is they tell me the speakers should never have been put up for sale. So full refund or nothing at all. I really like the speakers so I guess I'm stuck. I've never thought that Audio Connection might be that bad. Sad indictment of the care of the so called professional high end dealer. Selling Gryphon, Burmeister, and the list goes on - but cannot be bothered to pack a pair of speakers. Says alot about a person.
