After 7 years of buying on-line, working with the FBI on internet fraud regarding various sites (mostly ham radio gear & protecting older trusting ham radio persons), I find these states as most offensive. GA, NJ, NY & FL.

The most offensive crook posed as a ham radio operator using a call sign ending in 'GFY' from the Bronx in NY. The scam also included a UPS driver as well using real addresses to abandoned buildings. The packages were simply redirected by the driver to the crooks address. Estimated fraud exceeded $1,000,000 per estimates. This crook was allowed to function for many years as the NY police stated child porn & other high priority cases were more important!

I did stop some of the fraud by getting a stop deliveries organized on many parcels when victims read my posts & had concerns after shipping. I also advertised on many sites to try to shut this person down.

I used to get 10000 filthy words per email from this low life at my email address. I simply used filters to remove from coming into my email in-box. Tracing the crooks emails resulted from addresses all around the world. It was easy to find the crooks real address in NY as they made a few verbal mistakes & NY was wide open for operating their criminal business. Out of business stores were re-opened by the crook. Simple, trade deals often called swaps & other kinds of fraud to the ninth degree of imagination was used.

How this all started was this crook tried to con me. I got angry so I made his life as miserable as possible thru the internet for 4 years.

The crook moved on to computer sales fraud about 2-1/2 years ago. He made an arrangement with another criminal in Romania, Europe. I have no ides if he had been caught & is in prison.
