Audio Note 300B tube filament rectifier (schottky?)

Hi,
are AN finished products using bridge rectifiers on the filament supply or Schottky? If use Schottky, wich one? IR (Silicon)or CREE (SiCarbide) ?
300B tube needs 5v and close to 3 amperes on its filament, I guess, so most of the Schootky surpasses largerly this parameter, but I guess there is sonic improvement using one or another.
Any comments?
