Aesthetix Io Phono Stage and PS300

I am thinking of purchasing the Aesthetix Io Phono stage and would probably run it throuth the PS300. This phono stage has 24, count them, 24 tubes in it. Would it be harmful to run it through the PS300? What about the effects of Multiwave? Thanks in advance.
