Excellent example of logical fallacy. Obviously wires will "work" in either direction, that's not the issue, Mr. Smarty Pants, but wires always sound better in one direction vs the other. I win. You apparently don't even know what directionality is. In any case, I leave you with one final thought. Two wires are needed for the speaker to work, + and -. The incoming signal on + wire makes the speaker diaphragms move out, and the incoming signal on the - wire makes it go IN. It doesn't take an Albert Einstein to see that the incoming signal on both the + and - wires should be in the preferred direction of the wires. You can ignore the signal when it's going away from the speaker in both cases.
