You lost me dude. Of course the charges are moving - they're the free electrons. That's what current is - moving charges, moving electrons. Hel-loo! Can I make a suggestion? Go back to whatever 2nd rate school you went to, assuming you went to school, which you probably didn't, and demand a refund.
