I don't know the source impedance of a typical HOMC (if there is such a thing) but if, say, you get 2.5mV instead of 0.5mV then assume the coils are 5x larger and the source impedance will be at least 5x higher than a typical LOMC - use 10x and if that is not significant don't worry.
