From the pro audio list that I am on I gathered that it was not the plastic case but the CD's themselves that were defectively manufactured. I do not remember the details. Most of pro audio guys have recommended the Tai Yuden discs for low error rate. They also have shown no problems with age from what I understand.You still have very questionable taste in Ice Cream, but we'll Berry the Garcia for the time being.
