HiA drivers Qt is made of the parallel combination of the driver Qe and Qm.
These represent the damping due to the motor (Qe) and Qm, the damping due to mechanical losses with Qt being the total damping.
It is true that all three are found by inspecting the free air impedance curve and applying math.
The drivers Vas, must be found by measuring the system compliance or springyness of the suspension. This is done by adding mass or mounting the driver in a small volume and measuring it again.Tom Danley
