Peter stopped the test at that point, probably for fear of damaging his speakers. I don't blame him a bit. Science is wonderful, but not wonderful enough to sacrifice a perfectly good pair of speakers. These were not some bigass subwoofers or anything. They were two-way monitors with 8" woofers. And that Bela Fleck track was brutal.
