I find that the protocol raises as many questions as it answers:
1. Who chooses the source material?
2. What are some examples of material used to detect "impairments"?
3. Are the participants really given only four hours to learn the selections?
4. On what is the source played? It is presumably some CD player today. Or is it? The document only mentions the "test tapes"
5. The protocol calls for powered monitors mounted 1.2 meters off the floor (or unspecified headphones) meeting certain criteria. What is an example of one such model used?etc.
Having learned my lesson well, however, I won't be asking jj for any input. :)
